Completed Entry forms should be brought to the Secretary’s Office, and entries paid for, at the times stated below for:
HALL EXHIBITS SCHEDULE including: · Photography · Home Industries · Arts & Crafts · Horticulture · Fruit & Vegetables · Cooking · Eggs ·
Preserves · All Children’s Classes.
Note: Photography entries should be left at the Secretary’s Office at the time of entering.

All entries must be brought to the Hall or Fire Station between 3:30 and 6:30pm Friday 14 October.
Judging commences Friday 14 October at 7:00pm
Gates open to public at 8:00am. Hall exhibits open at 9:00am.
Hall exhibit trophies presented at 4:00 p.m. in the Memorial Hall on show day, includes children’s trophies. Perishables will be disposed of if not collected by 5:30pm.
Exhibits can be collected from 4.30pm to 5.30pm on show day. Ticket must be presented to Stewards.
CATTLE SCHEDULE including: · Beef Carcass · Trade Cattle.
Entries received:
Thursday 13 October, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Friday 14 October, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
HORSE SCHEDULE including: · Hack · Halter · Carriage Driving. Hack and Carriage Driving enter on Show Day at the Ring Event office. Halter classes may forward entries to the Secretary’s office by Thursday 13 Oct.
POULTRY & WATERFOWL SCHEDULE: Entries as above for Hall Exhibits.
Entries close Wednesday 12 October at 5:00pm. Exhibits will be admitted between 7:00 to 8:30am on Show day. Presentations will be at 2:00pm.
PRIZE MONEY:
Prize money must be collected on show day at the Treasurer’s Office from 11:00am to 4:30pm.
