CHILDREN’S CLASSES
15 years & Under
Important Notes:
1 All exhibits must be entirely the work of the Child exhibiting the entry.
2 Two entries maximum per class per person.
3 Read each class carefully to avoid errors when making your entries.
4 All entries must keep within specified sizes. The Fire Station will be
closed at 4.00 p.m. on Show Day. Children with exhibits will be readmitted
at approximately 4.15 p.m. They will need to give the “Exhibit
Claim Ticket” for each exhibit, to an Official Steward, to have their
exhibit returned.
DEFINITIONS
1 HOBBY MODEL: Popsticks, Matches, Balsa Wood, (non kit parts).
2 DISPLAY MODEL: Leggo, Meccano, Plastic or Metal, Kit Form Model.

COCONUT PYRAMIDS
Ingredients:
250 gms Desiccated Coconut
125gms Sugar
2 Large Eggs
Method:
Place coconut and sugar in a bowl and mix with a fork.
Beat eggs well. Add egg to coconut and mix until well combined.
Grease a baking tray.
Dip an egg-cup into cold water then fill it with the mixture, pressing it in
lightly.
Turn egg-cup over and empty onto baking tray, creating pyramids.
Bake in moderate oven for 20-25 minutes or until just golden brown.
