FRUIT & VEGETABLES

 

Entries close Wednesday October 7th 2009 at 5pm.

No Late Entries.

Exhibits will be received from 3.30 – 6.30 pm Friday October 9th. Please collect an exhibit claim ticket for every exhibit from the sections steward when delivering each exhibit.

The hall will be closed at 4.00pm on the day of the Show. Exhibitors are asked to bring their identifying ticket when collecting their exhibits. Failure to do this may result in delays.

 

Important Notes:

All exhibits to be locally grown and to be presented to the steward cleaned but not trimmed in any way.  Root vegetables to be shown with ALL the tops on.

No sales to be conducted within the hall.
