Rules and Condition of Entry
- Novice/Pony Club ring must present PCAWA card and must be in pony club uniform, plaits are optional.
- All entries are strictly on the day. No entries will be accepted if sent with breed section entries.
- Overflow parking will be in the side streets and old bowling club.
- ALL Competitors in Junior and Senior rings will require a current official EWA or SHC-WA Height Certificate.
- Rider’s age will be as at the day of the event. Junior rider birth certificate copies must be available on the day.
- The Waroona Agriculture Society and the PINJARRA HORSE AND PONY CLUB and its COMMITTEES, JUDGES and OFFICIALS DO NOT accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, illness or injury to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever. Entry to grounds is at your own risk.
- NO ring or class will be held for persons competing in other rings.
- All persons on horseback are required to wear a recognised STANDARDS APPROVED helmet and boots, as a condition of entry.
- Local pony/horse must live within a 35km radius of the Waroona Showgrounds
