Exhibits will be received from 3:30 to 6:30 Friday 14th October.
Please collect an exhibit claim ticket for every exhibit from the section
steward when delivering each entry.
ENTRIES NOT COLLECTED BY 5:30 PM WILL BE DISPOSED OF.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. All exhibits to be home grown and to be presented to the steward cleaned but not trimmed in any way. They may be trimmed after acceptance for display.
2. No sales to be conducted within the hall.
3. NES Not Elsewhere Specified.
4. All entries to be of marketable size and quality
5. Two entries per class per person.
